- I understand that a wholesale account does not qualify me to be certified with PureSculpt Beauty or certify under PureSculpt Beauty. I also understand that this program gives me the opportunity to purchase products and tools only. - I understand that PureSculpt® Beauty will allow myself to use any advertising materials needed. I understand that I am allowed to advertise through radio stations, TV commercials, trade shows etc.. No discount on products will be given for extra promotions. I also understand that if I am advertising PureSculpt it cannot be associated with any other ice products from any other company. I also understand I will not false advertise using PureSculpt Beauty's Name and products. - I agree that neither I, nor my company, nor my employees, nor my associates, will pursue any reverse engineering, any probable manufacturing of the Company/s products, any of the Company's similar product line R&D, neither will intend to license to anyone to produce - or in any like manner - any of the Company’s products.
