LODGING
The accommodations for the retreat will be at the Courtyard by Marriott. The hotel will be in the beautiful Cottonwood Canyon area of Salt Lake City, Ut. It's roughly 20 min from the airport.
ACTIVITIES
The Homestead Crater
One of the unique activities will be at the Homestead Crater. The Crater is a geothermal spring, hidden within a 55-foot tall, beehive-shaped limestone rock located on the Homestead property.
Silver Lake Nature Walk
This popular destination is a beautiful place to hike around the wetlands and is flanked by exquisite mountain summits. There are aquatic wetlands and sedge meadows, emergent seeps, willow thickets, conifer forests and aspen groves, and over 100 species of plants! Insects, birds, moose, and other wildlife are abundant.and is about is about a mile long. Silver Lake is located at the head of Big Cottonwood Canyon at 8,760 ft.
